Why do people love or hate? Was it because he/she has done something you really like? Made you laugh? Or something which he/she which made him special to you? Why hate him/her? Did he/she offend you intentionally or unintentionally? Criticisms, can both hurt and help. It can make you to a better someone, or increase the hatred that existed. Happiness come when your work and words are benefit to yourself and others. Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile is the source of your joy. It is easy enough to be friendly to one's friends. But to befriend the one who regards him/her self as your enemy is the quintessence of true religion. The others is mere business. *Violence never settle anything. Life is really simple, but we, humans, insist on making it complicated. Power is of two kinds. One is obtained by the fear of punishment and the other by acts of love. Power based on love is a thousand times more effective and permanent the the one derived from fear of punishment. It is the nature of human beings to yearn for freedom, equality, and dignity. If we accept that others have a right to peace and happiness equal to our own, we do not have a responsibilty to help those in need? Every human being has the potential to create either a happy or miserable life.
